Returns & Exchange

For non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, etc.):

Due to new customs regulations, it is unfortunately not possible for us to receive shipments from outside the EU. We are therefore forced to exclude returns and exchanges from non-EU countries. We hope that the legal framework will change in the future, but unfortunately our hands are tied at the moment.

In the event of a defective Bracenet or other problems, please contact us at [email protected]. Even if a repair or exchange is not possible, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

 



For EU-countries:

The size does not fit, your Bracenet has flaws or you do not like it?

It is important to us that you enjoy the Bracenet fully. Should you not be fully satisfied then you have the right to return and exchange the goods within 14 days without stating a reason. For this you can use the included sample return form and send it together with the Bracenet back to the address stated below.

You want to change your Bracenet to a custom size? No problem! Since your custom-made Bracenet is handmade with a lot of love and time, there is an extra charge of 7 €. As soon as we have received your return, we will contact you and inform you how to transfer the extra payment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via [email protected]

The right of return does not apply to all products made according to customer specifications (e.g. custom-made products, personalizations, special colors and sizes).
