Order process
In your shopping cart you can find an overview of all selected articles and check again whether the right number of items has been added. Afterwards you are forwarded to the check-out and your order can be completed here. Presently we offer payment via Paypal or bank transfer as payment options presently.
Payment options
Payment via SOFORT transaction
In case you decide to transact your payment via SOFORT, you will automatically be forwarded to the payment platform Klarna. Enter your account details and transfer easily and quick the outstanding invoice amount.
As soon as the transaction has been successfully completed, your order is successfully received.
Payment via credit card
In case you decide to transact your payment via credit card, you will be automatically asked to enter your credit card details. After submitting your correct details your payment is successfully completed and your order is successfully received.
The payment transfer will be performed by the online payment service Stripe.
Payment via Paypal
You have the option of making a secure and simple payment via PayPal. At the end of the order process you are directly forwarded to PayPal. In case you are already a PayPal customer you will only need to log on with your personal details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal there is the option of registering as a guest or to open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
As soon as the payment has been received, which only takes a couple of minutes, the delivery will be dispatched promptly.
In case you return the goods the sum is credited back to your PayPal account.
Payment via bank transfer
Please transfer the amount due for your purchase to the provided bank account (see below or after concluding your order). When doing the bank transfer please don’t forget to enter the order number into the payment reference and to make separate payment for different orders.
As soon as the payment has been received your delivery will be dispatched promptly. Depending on the respective bank it can take between 2 and 5 working days before payment is actually received. The goods you have ordered will be reserved for you until payment is received (up to a maximum of 7 days).
If you send one or several items back the returned value of the goods is credited back to the bank account that you used for transferring the money.
