Dispatch & Delivery

Bracenet deliveries are made with the Deutsche Post DHL Group and are delivered as letter delivery which is the best and fastest way.
All other products e.g. bags, sweatshirts, hoodies are send via DHL parcels.

Delivery time

The delivery time normally takes 3-5 working days within Germany and 5-7 working days for all other countries.

However, at the moment, we need up 12 working days for deliveries in Germany and worldwide. We will be faster again soon!

Delivery costs

Bracenets (Deutsche Post): The delivery costs amount to 2.75€ within Germany, 3.70€ within the EU and 7.20€ for the rest of the world. If you order more than 5 Bracenets, the shipping cost is 5.10 € for customers in Germany.

Bags, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. (DHL): We ship climate neutral with DHL GoGreen. The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are 6,01 €. For international deliveries the package costs are higher and adapted to the respective DHL prices of the country

For shipments to countries outside the EU, import taxes and customs fees are not included in the shipping costs.
