TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
GULF OF MEXICO
Every order that contains the Gulf of Mexico Bracenet is automatically entered into the competition. We will draw two winners from all participants and refund the value of their order.
Organiser
The organiser of the competition is Bracenet GmbH (hereinafter referred to as BRACENET) represented by Madeleine von Hohenthal and Benjamin Wenke.
Participation eligibility
Natural persons with permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Employees of BRACENET GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Promotion period
The competition starts on 01.10.2022 and ends on 04.10.2022.
Participation in the raffle
Anyone who places an order with the Gulf of Mexico Bracenet during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the competition. Adding the Bracenet to your shopping cart is considered as consent to participate. We will draw two winners from all participants, who will be refunded the value of their order.
Determination of winners
The winners will be drawn at random from all participants.
Benachrichtung und Übermittlung des Gewinns
The winners will be notified within one month via the e-mail address they provided when placing their order. The person so notified is obliged to inform BRACENET within 24 hours of the notification being sent whether they accept the prize. If BRACENET does not receive such notification within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize will lapse and BRACENET reserves the right to select another participating person by lot and notify them accordingly. BRACENET will then discuss the details of the refund with the persons.
The legal recourse and cash payment are excluded. Until the prize is handed over, BRACENET also expressly reserves the right to change the course of the raffle and/or to change the type and scope of the prize, to exchange it and to replace it with another prize without giving notice or reasons. In such cases, the participants shall not be entitled to any claims against BRACENET. BRACENET accepts no liability for any damage incurred by a participant as a result of accepting and/or using the prize. The prize is not transferable.
Early termination, exclusion
BRACENET reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against BRACENET. BRACENET reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition. This applies in particular to violations of the conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means. BRACENET may also declare such exclusion retrospectively, withdraw prizes and reclaim them.
Information on the processing of personal data
We collect personal data in order to run the competition. This includes the entire order placed with all contact details entered when placing the order. The data is processed to select the winning person and to contact them. After selecting the winners, we collect their first and last name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and payment method in order to determine whether the winners are eligible to participate and to send them their prize. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. After completion of the competition, we delete the data securely and completely, unless there is a legal basis for further processing (e.g. for invoice data).
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the participants. By participating in the competition, you consent to the processing described and acknowledge this data protection notice. You can revoke your consent for the future at any time.
Data subjects have the right of access by the controller to the personal data concerned, as well as the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at BRACENET.

Exclusion from participation
Any attempt to manipulate the competition, in particular by using automatic processes such as scripts or similar, is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.
The legal process is excluded. The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
