Return and Exchange
For non-EU countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, etc.) :
Due to new customs regulations, we are unfortunately unable to accept shipments from outside the EU. We are therefore forced to exclude returns and exchanges from non-EU countries. We hope that the legal framework will change in the future, but we are currently Unfortunately, our hands are tied here.
In case of a defective Bracenet or other problems, please contact us athello@bracenet.net . Even if a repair or exchange is not possible, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.
For EU countries :
Of course, we want you to be happy with your order! That's why we exchange any unworn product for you and offer free repairs for our handmade products made from former fishing nets. Of course, you can also cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving your order - no questions asked.
Exchange & Return:
Please send your product along with the form below well padded and returned as a consignment .
Alternatively, you can simply write the information on an old piece of paper.
Please understand that we cannot cover the direct costs of return shipping.
