It is best to have another person help you put on your adjustable bracenet with tube.

But in just a few steps you can do it yourself:

    Move the two sliding knots back and forth a little to loosen them and push them towards the bead to widen the bracenet.

    Pull the loose bracenet with the pearl towards your body over your wrist.

    Pull the bottom knot in the opposite direction until both strands are evenly taut.
