BRACENET is a Hamburg-based company dedicated to ocean conservation. We save marine animals and preserve ecosystems by recovering ghost nets and upcycling them into new products. Every Bracenet means one less piece of ghost net – thus, we stand for a circular economy and democratize marine conservation.

Social Media Creative (working student or freelancer)
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an expert (m/f/d) in the field of social media creative (m/f/d).
Are you a creative personality with a social media spirit who wants to turn our stories into content?
Your tasks
- Development of looks and visual concepts for our social media channels
- Creation of posts, stories and reels (including editing)
- Independent idea development for new content formats and campaigns
- Working with our Drive folder: conjuring up creative content from existing material
- Maintaining our online shop with new images and content
- Close cooperation with our on-site team (at least 1 day/week in Hamburg)
Your profile
- Studies in media, marketing, design or similar – or already a freelancer with experience
- Confident use of Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Creative eye for storytelling, trends and aesthetics
- Independent, self-responsible working style with high quality standards
- Desire to be part of a sustainable mission and contribute your own ideas

Accounting (m/f/d) part-time with 20 to 25 hours / week
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an expert (m/f/d) in the area of finance and accounting.
Are you an experienced person in finance and controlling and would you like to support us with various issues in our daily business?
What you should bring:
If your motto is "Roll up your sleeves, get to work, and get going!", you've come to the right place. Your many years of experience have turned you into a professional, and you're not afraid to tackle complex and new topics. Your quick grasp, creative mind, and friendly nature make you the perfect addition to our team. Are you interested in further expanding our finance department and driving forward our structures?
What your tasks are in detail:

You will actively participate in projects and optimize existing accounting processes.
- Budget and forecast planning.
- You are a driver of process optimization and organizational change.
- Development of analyses for strategic planning and optimization of operational business.
- Taking on general administrative tasks in the finance area.
- Execution of transfers and orders.
What we expect from you in detail:
- A completed degree in business administration with a focus on tax or controlling or a completed training as a tax specialist.
- Many years of professional experience, ideally international, in the field of finance.
- You are a true team player and value communication at eye level.
- Numbers are your passion, and you love working with them.
