The deep sea is one of the most mysterious habitats on our planet. Barely explored, yet of enormous importance for the balance of the oceans. It is all the more tragic when lost fishing gear remains part of a problem even there.

The SEASPIRACY x BRACENET Deep Sea keychain reminds you every day of your positive contribution to cleaner oceans – whether on your house key, car key or backpack. Made from former fishing net, it becomes a robust companion with a clear message.

This limited Deep Sea Edition consists of a piece of ghost net rope that was originally attached to fishing nets to secure floats. Therefore, there is only a small stock, and the keychains are somewhat more robust.

Our mission: recover ghost nets - save oceans

Millions of tons of plastic float through our oceans—including countless so-called ghost nets: lost or intentionally sunk fishing nets that continue to kill fish. Together with partners like Healthy Seas, we recover these nets, saving marine animals and habitats.

We then process the salvaged material using fair, local handcraft to create new upcycled products: bracelets, key rings and accessories – each one unique and with a story to tell.
