Terms of participation

Count the different colours in our Easter newsletter from 09.04.2023 (except for colours inside pictures/logos) and reply to the email with your counted number. Among all correct answers until Wednesday, 12.04.2023 at 23:59, we will randomly pick a winner who will receive a Bracenet Hoodie and a Bracenet of their choice.

Organiser

The organiser of the competition is Bracenet GmbH (hereinafter referred to as BRACENET) represented by Madeleine von Hohenthal and Benjamin Wenke.

Participation eligibility

Natural persons with permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Employees of BRACENET GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Promotion period

The competition starts on 09.04.2023 and ends on 12.04.2023 at 23:59.

Participation in the raffle

To enter the competition, count the different colours in our Easter newsletter (except colours inside for pictures/logos) and reply to the email with your counted number. All correct answers will be entered into a draw for a prize package of a Bracenet Hoodie and a Bracenet of your choice.

Determination of winners

We will randomly draw one winner from all correct entries within the campaign period.

Benachrichtung und Übermittlung des Gewinns

The person drawn will be notified within one week via the e-mail address with which they entered the competition. The person thus notified is obliged to inform BRACENET within 24 hours of the notification being sent whether he or she accepts the prize and to provide his or her shipping address. If BRACENET does not receive such notice within this period, the option to accept the prize will lapse and BRACENET reserves the right to select another participating person by random draw and notify them accordingly. BRACENET will then send the person their prize to their stated shipping address.

The legal recourse and cash payment are excluded. Until the prize is handed over, BRACENET also expressly reserves the right to change the course of the raffle and/or to change the type and scope of the prize, to exchange it and to replace it with another prize without giving notice or reasons. In such cases, the participants shall not be entitled to any claims against BRACENET. BRACENET accepts no liability for any damage incurred by a participant as a result of accepting and/or using the prize. The prize is not transferable.

Early termination, exclusion

BRACENET reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against BRACENET. BRACENET reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition. This applies in particular to violations of the conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means. BRACENET may also declare such exclusion retrospectively, withdraw prizes and reclaim them.

Information on the processing of personal data

We collect personal data in order to carry out the competition. This includes the e-mail address for participation as well as all data within the e-mail history. The data is processed to select the winning person and to contact them. After selecting the winner, we collect the first and last name, address, date of birth and e-mail address to determine whether the person is eligible to participate and to send their prize. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. If new data is collected in the course of the competition, we will delete it securely and completely after the competition has ended. The prize of the person drawn will be treated as an order and their data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and deleted after expiry of the periods specified therein. 

The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the participants. By participating in the competition, you consent to the processing described and acknowledge this data protection notice. You can revoke your consent for the future at any time. 

Data subjects have the right of access by the controller to the personal data concerned, as well as the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at BRACENET.

Exclusion from participation

Any attempt to manipulate the competition, in particular by using automatic processes such as scripts or similar, is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.

The legal process is excluded. The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
